Tai Chi 24 Steps
Class dates: 09/30/2010 – 11/18/2010                           Thursday             7:00pm8:30pm  
 
This is a program of 24 continuous, non-strenuous movements. It is designed to improve mental focus and concentration, relax and tone all the major joints in the body, increase energy levels, and build internal strength and suppleness. (DVD/Tape available)

Tai Chi and Qigong Therapy 1
Qigong, the combination of Tai Chi movements with qi-enhanced breathing, delivers vitality and energy to the blood, bones, muscles and skin. This class instructions benefit: Neck and Shoulders, Back and Lower Back, Hips and Legs. (DVD/Tape available)
Tai Chi and Qigong Therapy 2
Qi refers to vital life force or energy which is increased when Tai Chi moves are combined with breath. This program, when used with Therapy 1, delivers a well-rounded program. This class instruction for: Joints, Elbows and Wrists and Internal Organs. (DVD/Tape available)
 
Chinese Self- Acupressure for Keeping Fit 
Class date: 10/25/2010                                                       Monday               7:00 - 9:00pm
 
This class is also known as "Chinese health-care therapy". It has a long history in China for use in restoring health to the human body. In Chinese medicine, health is a function of balance, and self-acupressure therapy is one simple and free way of maintaining and restoring that balance. Using different acupressure techniques, you will learn how to release tension and relieve aching muscles. This class will also be helpful for relief from chronic aches and pains. Areas include the head, shoulders, back and knee.
